The Border Security Force (BSF) in Tripura has successfully foiled several smuggling attempts along the Indo-Bangladesh border, recovering contraband goods valued at ₹7.5 lakh. In a key operation, BSF personnel intercepted narcotics, including Ganja and Phensedyl, amounting to ₹3,43,699.
Additionally, the force seized other smuggled items such as sugar, rice, and cosmetics, worth ₹4,08,085. These actions underline the BSF’s continued vigilance and commitment to curbing illegal trade and trafficking in the border region.
