Agartala, June 27, 2025: In a move aimed at promoting youth empowerment and strengthening essential public services, Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Friday handed over appointment letters to 222 newly recruited candidates at a formal ceremony held at the Muktadhara Auditorium in Agartala.

The fresh recruits will serve in the School Education Department and the Health and Family Welfare Department and are expected to join various schools and healthcare institutions across the state in the coming days.

“This entire recruitment process was carried out with utmost transparency and efficiency,” said Dr. Saha, addressing the gathering. “Our government is committed to safeguarding the future of the youth through fair and merit-based employment,” he added, underlining the administration’s emphasis on clean recruitment practices.

Dr. Saha also announced that similar appointment initiatives will be undertaken in other departments soon.

Senior officials from the Education and Health Departments attended the event, which was marked by a spirit of celebration and hope. The newly appointed candidates expressed joy and appreciation, calling the opportunity a turning point in their lives and a reflection of the benefits of transparent governance.
