Agartala, September 09, 2025: Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha on Tuesday flagged off vehicles carrying relief materials for the flood-affected people of Himachal Pradesh. The relief was arranged by the Pradesh BJP.

Speaking after the flag-off, Dr. Saha expressed deep concern over the devastation in Himachal Pradesh, where massive floods and landslides have claimed lives and severely damaged roads and bridges.

“Tripura understands the pain of such disasters. Last year, our state too faced similar challenges, and during that time, many states came forward to support us. Today, it is our turn to extend a helping hand,” Dr. Saha said.

Senior BJP leaders of the state were also present during the event.
