Agartala, August 11, 2025: Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha took the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to the doorsteps of Gandhighat residents on Monday, personally handing out national flags in his own Bardowali Assembly constituency. The initiative, now in its third consecutive year, is part of a nationwide movement launched under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to promote patriotism and respect for the tricolour.

Interacting with locals and speaking to the media, Dr. Saha said the campaign aims to deepen the emotional bond between citizens and the national flag. “It is not merely a piece of cloth but a living symbol of our sovereignty, unity, and the sacrifices of countless freedom fighters,” he noted.

Encouraging residents to display the tricolour proudly at their homes, the Chief Minister urged them to make this year’s celebrations as spirited as the previous ones. His presence in the locality not only underscored the government’s commitment to the campaign but also served as a personal appeal for public participation.

Across Tripura, the Har Ghar Tiranga movement has been gathering momentum, with community leaders, volunteers, and citizens joining forces to mark the spirit of independence.
