Agartala, November 01, 2025: In a significant step towards advancing higher education and collaborative research, Mata Tripura Sundari Open University (MTSOU) and Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU), Prayagraj, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The MoU, signed on October 24, marks the beginning of an academic partnership aimed at promoting innovation, knowledge exchange, and scholarly excellence. The agreement was formalized by Professor Dr. Ghanshyam Singh, Registrar of MTSOU, and Dr. Binay Kumar, Registrar of UPRTOU, in the presence of Professor Satyakam, Vice-Chancellor of UPRTOU, and Professor Masud, Vice-Chancellor of MTSOU.
The collaboration envisions the development of new academic programs and the launch of joint research projects addressing both local and global challenges. It seeks to enhance opportunities for faculty and students to participate in cross-institutional research and academic exchange initiatives.
