Agartala, October 08, 2025: A wave of shock and speculation has gripped the Bilascharra area of Bhagyapur village in Kailashahar, Unakoti district, following the recovery of a naked body of an elderly man early Wednesday morning.

According to local sources, around 11 AM, a young resident spotted something unusual near the stream in Ward No. 1 of the Dhanbilas Gram Panchayat. Upon closer inspection, he found the unclothed body of an elderly man lying by the water. News of the incident spread rapidly, drawing crowds of curious villagers to the scene.

Kailashahar police station staff arrived promptly and recovered the body. The deceased was later identified as Bindu Madhab Sinha, 75, a resident of Bhagyapur.
