Mizoram Governor Holds Key Meetings With Vice President And Union Ministers On State’s Development

New Delhi, Jan 23: Mizoram Governor Gen (Dr) VK Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd), on Wednesday met with Vice President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar and several senior Union Ministers to discuss important issues concerning the development of Mizoram.

During his visit, the Governor held discussions with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari, Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Jyotiraditya Scindia, and Minister for Power, Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar.

The meetings focused on exploring opportunities for enhancing the state’s progress and increasing central government support in key development sectors.
