Shillong, May 8: Twelve innovative startups from Meghalaya will showcase their ventures at the Vienna UP 2025 event in Austria, as part of the state’s PRIME Entrepreneurship Meghalaya Program.
Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma confirmed that the event will provide the startups with a global platform to interact with international peers, investors, and industry leaders.
Sangma emphasized that the experience will offer invaluable exposure to global markets, helping entrepreneurs broaden their perspectives, explore new opportunities for cross-border collaborations, and accelerate their business growth.
The state government has pledged support to the participating startups, with hopes of fostering further development of Meghalaya’s startup ecosystem.
