A total of 7 metric tonnes of pineapples grown under the Jirang Farmer Producer Company (FPC) in Ri Bhoi district have been exported to Delhi. The consignment was transported in refrigerated vans to Reliance Smart Bazaar stores across the capital.

This marks a significant step in promoting Meghalaya’s horticultural produce in national markets, providing Delhi consumers access to fresh pineapples from the region.
