Agartala, July 10, 2025: The Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) is set to host the fourth edition of its Annual Conclave in New Delhi on Friday, July 11, 2025. The day-long event will bring together over 500 delegates including senior policymakers, corporate leaders, international think tanks, and logistics experts to discuss the future of India’s air cargo sector.

The Conclave will be inaugurated by the Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Shri Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu. The forum aims to foster collaboration between the government, industry stakeholders, and technology partners to push forward a unified vision for India as a global air cargo hub.

A key highlight of the event will be the release of a white paper titled “India’s Air Cargo Horizon: Seizing Global Reroutes, Regional Dominance and Resilience”, developed in partnership with Ascel Advisors. The report outlines strategies to enhance India’s competitiveness in global air cargo logistics and sets a roadmap to achieve the national target of 10 million metric tonnes of throughput by 2030.

The Conclave will also witness the signing of two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between ACFI and the Government of Tripura to boost the logistics ecosystem in the Northeast, unlocking the region’s potential as a key air cargo gateway. Another MoU will be signed with The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) to promote global collaboration and knowledge exchange.

ACFI President Sanjiv Edward emphasized that this year’s edition will be more forward-looking and action-oriented, featuring policy dialogues, innovation showcases, and sector-specific roadmaps. The discussions will center around four major themes: innovation-led resilience, green infrastructure, express logistics & e-commerce, and cargo security & regulations.

The Conclave is expected to generate actionable insights and foster partnerships that will shape the trajectory of India’s air cargo industry in the years ahead.
