The campaign was organised by Irilbung Police Station in collaboration with The Welfare of Youths, Liberal and Conduct Organisation (WYLCO, Kongba), Irilbung Youth Club (IYC, Irilbung), and the Nongmaiching Range Office.

As part of the campaign, “QUIT DRUGS, CHOOSE LIFE” stickers were pasted on vehicles plying along the Kongba–Ngariyan Road, while anti-drug posters were displayed on the walls of both markets. A rally was also conducted in the bazaars, where participants raised slogans such as “NO TO DRUGS, YES TO LIFE.”
