The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is set to provide critical evidence, including CCTV footage and eyewitness statements, in connection with the death of singer Zubeen Garg within the next 10 days, Special Investigation Team (SIT) chief and CID Special DGP Munna Prasad Gupta said on Friday.

Gupta said the Assam Police has formally requested Singapore authorities to share all relevant information to ensure the investigation progresses without delay.

The SIT chief, along with Titabor Co-District SP Tarun Goel, visited Singapore four days ago to assist in probing the singer’s unnatural death. Both officers returned to Assam on Thursday. Gupta leads the SIT, while Goel is part of the nine-member team investigating the case.
