As part of preparations for the upcoming 12th Member of District Council (MDC) Election 2025 under the Lai Autonomous District Council (LADC), Dr. H. Lalthlangliana, Commissioner, State Election Commission (SEC), today visited the Govt. Rulkual Middle School Polling Station. He was accompanied by Vanlalchhuanawma Chhawngthu, Deputy Secretary (SEC), Collin Hlychho, Election Officer, and HS. Lalmuanpuia, SDPO.

During the visit, Dr. H. Lalthlangliana expressed satisfaction with the ongoing preparations and emphasized that the election officials are working diligently to ensure a free, fair, clean, and efficient election process. He also noted that the State Election Commission has been extending full cooperation and support to achieve this goal.

He urged local leaders to cooperate with election officials to ensure that the polling is conducted peacefully and smoothly, allowing every voter to cast their vote freely.

At the Govt. Rulkual Middle School Polling Station, there are 181 male voters and 189 female voters, making a total of 370 registered voters.
