Agartala, May 19, 2026: Following widespread media coverage of her remarkable academic achievement and financial hardship, a Bengaluru-based educational institution has stepped forward to support Baby Pal, a brilliant student from North Tripura, by offering to bear the complete cost of her higher education.

Baby Pal, a resident of Ragna Gram Panchayat under Dharmanagar subdivision in North Tripura district, has become an inspiration by securing an outstanding 94 percent marks in the CBSE Class XII examinations despite severe financial difficulties. Born into a poor farming family struggling to make ends meet, Baby’s success story touched many hearts after it was highlighted in the media.

Moved by her determination and academic excellence, representatives of Sri Vedha College came forward to extend support to the meritorious student.

On Monday, Mr. Vipul Das personally visited Baby Pal’s residence and met her family. During the visit, he announced that if Baby wishes to pursue any professional course at the college in Bengaluru, the institution would provide complete financial assistance.

The college particularly encouraged Baby to enroll in the “BBA in Aviation” course. According to the college authorities, the total expenditure for the three-year programme—including tuition fees, hostel accommodation, and meals—would amount to nearly ₹5 to ₹6 lakh. Sri Vedha College has pledged to cover the entire cost free of charge.

Speaking on the occasion, the representatives emphasized that poverty should never become an obstacle to genuine talent and determination.
