Agartala, June 03, 2026: The Tripura Tourism Department has launched an engaging “Focus Tripura Reel Making Contest” aimed at promoting the state’s rich tourist destinations through creative digital storytelling. The contest invites participants to create short reels showcasing the beauty, culture, and uniqueness of various tourist spots across Tripura.
Organised in collaboration with the MyGov platform, the initiative seeks to encourage citizens, content creators, and travel enthusiasts to highlight unexplored and popular destinations in the state using innovative video content.
According to the official announcement, interested participants can register and submit their entries through the portal tripura.mygov.in. The contest will remain open from June 3, 2026, to July 3, 2026.
Authorities stated that the campaign is part of a broader effort to boost tourism and increase digital engagement by leveraging social media platforms. By encouraging reel-based content, the department aims to reach a wider audience and showcase Tripura’s scenic landscapes, heritage sites, and cultural diversity.
Tripura Tourism officials have urged people to actively participate and contribute to promoting the state as an attractive travel destination.
