Karbi Anglong Police carried out an anti-narcotics operation in Assam and recovered 3.049 kg of morphine, valued at approximately ₹3 crore, from a vehicle that was reportedly headed towards Guwahati.

According to officials, one alleged drug trafficker was arrested in connection with the seizure.

The operation was conducted by Assam Police under its ongoing anti-narcotics enforcement efforts, with involvement from Karbi Anglong Police.

Further investigation is underway.
