Itanagar, Jun 17: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has praised the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) for bringing transparency and accountability to the state’s recruitment system.

In a post on his official X handle on Tuesday, Khandu highlighted key achievements of the Board since its reformation in 2018. He noted that APSSB has conducted 27 recruitment examinations without a single complaint, with 3,55,913 candidates applying and 3,200 being selected purely on merit.

The Chief Minister commended the Board for significantly reducing the exam-to-appointment cycle and implementing a robust grievance redressal system. He also mentioned that the Board has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification for its commitment to fairness, promptness, and transparency.

Khandu assured the youth that the state government is committed to a recruitment process that upholds honesty, merit, and equal opportunity.
