Agartala, April 09, 2026: The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, K. Sanjay Murthy, on Wednesday visited the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) of Agartala Smart City Limited to review the city’s smart governance infrastructure.
The visit took place in the presence of J.K. Sinha, along with senior officials including Abhishek Singh, Milind Dharmrao Ramteke, Saju Vaheed, G. S. Nayak, and Kanta Jangir, among other dignitaries of the Tripura government.
According to AMC Commissioner Saju Vaheed, the CAG was briefed on the functioning and operational framework of the ICCC during the visit. The Superintendent of Police (Traffic) presented details on traffic management systems, while officials of Agartala Smart City Limited delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting the centre’s role in urban monitoring and service delivery.
The ICCC serves as a central hub for real-time surveillance, traffic regulation, and coordination of various smart city initiatives in Agartala.
