As part of the ongoing 10-day special awareness campaign under SANKALP: Hub for Empowerment of Women, an awareness programme on the theme “Women & Adolescent Girls’ Health and Nutrition Awareness” was held today at Kakching Khunou High School, organised by the District Administration Kakching.
Addressing the gathering, M. Bimola, Supervisor of ICDS Cell Kakching and District Nutrition Expert, highlighted the importance of balanced nutrition for growth and well-being. She further underlined the objectives of Mission Shakti, aimed at ensuring women’s safety, health, education, livelihood, and social security through an integrated support system.
