Agartala, December 08, 2025: A Regional-level Dak Adalat will be convened on November 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Office of the Postmaster General, North East-I Region, Agartala (PIN: 799001).

The special forum will address and redress grievances related to postal services. Citizens are invited to submit written complaints in advance for consideration during the Adalat.

Complaints should be sent via Speed Post with “Dak Adalat” clearly superscribed on the envelope and addressed to the Postmaster General, North East-I Region, Agartala-799001. Each complaint must include the sender’s complete address and registration receipt number, while issues relating to savings schemes or postal life insurance must also provide the account number and full address of the depositor or insurer. Written complaints must reach the office by December 17, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., and any received after this deadline will be processed through the usual channels. Complaints may also be submitted digitally via email at pmgagartala@gmail.com.
