The summit, hosted at the Lariti Performing Arts Centre, will feature a CEOs Round Table that brings together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and stakeholders from across the country to deliberate on infrastructure priorities and investment opportunities in the Northeast.

Later in the day, the Minister will preside over the dedication to the nation and foundation stone laying ceremony of National Highway projects at Polo Ground, Shillong.

These projects are expected to significantly enhance road connectivity, ease the movement of goods and people, improve accessibility to remote areas, and contribute to the socio-economic progress of Meghalaya and the wider North Eastern Region.

The visit underscores the central government’s focus on strengthening infrastructure in the Northeast, positioning it as a vital gateway for growth and integration with the rest of the country.
