Sikkim State Cooperative Bank Ltd. (SISCO Bank) has been awarded the third prize for ‘Overall Best Performance’ under the II Tier Structure for the year 2022-23 at the national level. The prestigious accolade was presented by Union Home Minister Amit Shah at a ceremony held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on Tuesday.
Conferred by the National Federation of State Cooperative Banks (NAFSCOB), the award recognizes SISCO Bank’s exceptional contribution to enhancing banking services, improving financial stability, and supporting the growth of the cooperative banking sector. The recognition highlights the bank’s role in fostering financial inclusion and driving economic progress in Sikkim and beyond.
