Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, inaugurated two key infrastructure projects in Boleng, Siang District, on Thursday. The newly constructed Circuit House and the upgraded District Hospital are part of the state government’s efforts to enhance regional connectivity and improve healthcare services for local residents.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by several prominent leaders, including Ministers Biyuram Wahge, Ojing, Kento Jini, and Nyato Dukam, along with advisors to the Chief Minister and local MLAs. The new Circuit House aims to provide better accommodation for government officials, improving administrative efficiency in the district. The upgraded District Hospital is set to provide improved healthcare facilities for the people of Siang and surrounding areas.
In addition to the inaugurations, a sapling plantation drive was held at the hospital premises, emphasizing the government’s commitment to environmental sustainability. Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein highlighted that these infrastructure projects are part of the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen public services and enhance the quality of life for the people of Arunachal Pradesh.
