Chief Minister N. Biren Singh on Thursday participated in the State Level Workshop on RAMP & UNNATI 2024, held at City Convention, Imphal. The event, aimed at fostering economic growth and industrialization in Manipur, highlighted the importance of empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which form the backbone of the state’s economy.
Speaking at the workshop, the Chief Minister emphasized the potential of the RAMP and UNNATI initiatives to unlock untapped opportunities in the SME sector. “I am confident that the outcomes of this workshop will contribute significantly to achieving our vision of a self-reliant and prosperous Manipur,” he stated.
On the occasion of National Start-up Day, the Chief Minister took to social media platform X to extend his greetings to innovators, entrepreneurs, and visionaries across the country.
“I urge our aspiring entrepreneurs to embrace this vibrant era of opportunities. Together, let us build a future driven by innovation and guided by the vision of a self-reliant India,” he said, encouraging the youth to leverage opportunities in the startup ecosystem.
