Manipur Governor Chairs Meeting On Strengthening Digital Public Service Delivery

Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla chaired a series of meetings at Raj Bhavan, Imphal, to review and strengthen the digital ecosystem for effective delivery of public services.

Discussions focused on the introduction of an AI-powered case management system for legal matters, enhancement of e-Office services, the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for village and habitation analysis, and improved dissemination of information through government social media platforms.

Secretary (IT & Land Resources) Th. Kirankumar, along with senior officials, made detailed presentations on the proposed initiatives. The Governor directed the officers to take concrete steps for the timely implementation of these IT-based services to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in governance.

Chief Secretary Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel and Secretary to the Governor Sumant Singh were also present at the meeting.
