Agartala Postal Division to Hold Divisional Postal Adalat on June 25

Agartala, June 11, 2026: The Agartala Postal Division will organize a divisional-level Postal Adalat on June 25, 2026, to address and resolve grievances related to postal services and ensure better public service delivery.

According to an official announcement, the Postal Adalat has been convened to provide a platform for members of the public to raise complaints and difficulties concerning various services offered under the Agartala Postal Division. The initiative is aimed at facilitating prompt redressal of issues and improving the overall efficiency of postal services.

The proceedings of the Postal Adalat will begin at 12 noon on June 25 at the office of the Superintendent of Post Offices, Agartala Postal Division. Postal officials will hear complaints and examine issues brought forward by customers regarding postal operations and services.

Officials said the Adalat reflects the department’s commitment to enhancing transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. By providing a dedicated forum for grievance redressal, the Postal Department hopes to resolve pending issues more effectively and strengthen public confidence in postal services.
