Arunachal Deputy CM Chowna Mein Attends Second Day Of Deputy Commissioners’ Conference In Tawang

Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Friday attended the second day of the Deputy Commissioners’ Conference held in Tawang, along with Lok Sabha MP Tapir Gao, Cabinet Ministers Nyato Dukam and Kento Jini, and Chief Secretary Manish Kumar Gupta.

The day’s discussions focused on several key administrative and developmental areas, including environmental protection, regulation of forests and wildlife, strengthening transport governance, and road safety. Deliberations were also held on improving Arunachal Pradesh’s tourism sector and exploring its potential as a global tourism destination.

Officials also reviewed the Gyan Bharatam Mission and discussed the use of technology and artificial intelligence to enhance governance and improve public service delivery.

The conference brought together senior administrative officials and Deputy Commissioners to discuss policy implementation and coordination across districts.
