Arunachal Pradesh: CM Khandu Bids Farewell To IGP Chukhu Apa On Superannuation, Lauds Service With ‘Courage And Integrity’

Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Friday saluted Inspector General of Police (IGP) Chukhu Apa on the occasion of his superannuation, describing his career as one dedicated to service, discipline and duty.

Extending his warmest wishes, CM Khandu said Shri Chukhu Apa served the people of Arunachal Pradesh with courage, commitment and integrity throughout his distinguished tenure in the police force.

IGP Chukhu Apa retires after decades in uniform, having held key responsibilities in maintaining law and order across the state. His service record has been marked by professionalism and dedication to public safety.

“Salute to a life dedicated to service, discipline and duty,” the Chief Minister said. “Thank you for your service to the State and the nation.”

Khandu added, “May the years ahead bring him peace, good health and joyful moments with family and friends. Wishing him a happy and well deserved retired life.”
