Agartala, April 21, 2026: In a commendable initiative to inspire and educate young students, the Assam Rifles Lokra Battalion conducted an insightful lecture marking one year of Operation Sindoor. The programme was organised for students of PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Lokra and Assam Rifles High School Lokra.

The lecture aimed to highlight the valour, courage, and unwavering dedication of the Indian Armed Forces. Through detailed presentations, the session showcased the success of Operation Sindoor, emphasizing the importance of meticulous planning, teamwork, and the indomitable spirit of the troops in achieving operational excellence.

Students were shown impactful videos and real-time footage depicting acts of bravery and heroic efforts by Indian forces. These visual presentations provided a deeper understanding of military operations and the sacrifices made by soldiers in the line of duty.

The session proved highly engaging and informative, instilling a strong sense of pride and respect for the Armed Forces among the students. It also inspired many to consider pursuing careers in the defence services and contributing to the nation.
