Agartala, June 10, 2026: Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha has extended his heartfelt greetings and congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi through a letter on the occasion of the Prime Minister completing 4,399 days in office.
In his message, the Chief Minister praised Prime Minister Modi’s visionary leadership, stating that over the past decade India has achieved remarkable progress in development, good governance, and public welfare. He noted that alongside the nation’s overall advancement, special attention has been given to the development of Tripura and the North-East region.
Expressing gratitude on behalf of the people of Tripura, Dr. Saha highlighted several key initiatives undertaken under the Prime Minister’s leadership. These include the socio-economic empowerment of women through self-help groups, the generation of employment opportunities for youth, healthcare coverage for the poor under Ayushman Bharat, and the expansion of Digital India initiatives.
The Chief Minister also acknowledged the significant infrastructure growth achieved through the HIRA (Highways, Internetways, Railways and Airways) model, which has strengthened connectivity across the region. He further lauded the Prime Minister’s Act East Policy, describing it as a catalyst for the holistic development of the North-East, including Tripura.
Dr. Saha stated that guided by the vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas,” India is steadily progressing towards the goal of becoming a developed nation. He concluded by wishing Prime Minister Modi good health, a long life, and continued success in leading the country’s development journey.
