Agartala, May 12, 2026: A delegation of Tripura Gramin Bank led by its Chairman, Satyendra Singh, paid a courtesy visit to the newly elected Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council, Runiel Debbarma, at the TTAADC headquarters in Khumulwng on Tuesday.

During the meeting, both sides discussed issues related to rural development, financial inclusion, and socio-economic empowerment in the tribal areas of the state. The interaction also highlighted the longstanding relationship between Tripura Gramin Bank and the TTAADC administration, built on cooperation and a shared vision for the welfare of people residing in rural and interior regions.

Under the leadership of Chairman Satyendra Singh, Tripura Gramin Bank has been actively working towards strengthening inclusive banking services and extending financial support to underserved communities across the state. The bank reiterated its commitment to ensuring accessible and people-centric banking facilities for all sections of society.

The bank expressed optimism about continuing and further strengthening its association with the new TTAADC administration under the leadership of CEM Runiel Debbarma. Officials said the collaboration would focus on grassroots development, rural entrepreneurship, and expanding financial awareness and inclusion in tribal areas.

Tripura Gramin Bank also reaffirmed its resolve to contribute towards building a financially empowered and economically stronger Tripura through sustainable banking initiatives and community-oriented development efforts.
