Agartala, April 27, 2026: The Four-Day Annual Action Plan Rollout Workshop for the Financial Year 2026–27 commenced on Monday at the State Panchayat Resource Centre in Agartala, bringing together District and Block officials of the Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM).
Addressing the inaugural session, TRLM Chief Executive Officer Tarit Kanti Chakma outlined the objectives of the intensive planning exercise, emphasizing the need for structured timelines, well-defined strategies, measurable goals, and budget alignment with key performance indicators across all operational verticals.

For the financial year 2026–27, TRLM has proposed a total outlay of ₹614.03 crore under its major programmes. The allocation includes ₹480 crore for the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), ₹103 crore for the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), ₹16 crore for the Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP), ₹9 crore for the Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Pariyojana (MKSP), and ₹5 crore for the Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETI).
The workshop aims to strengthen planning mechanisms and ensure optimal utilization of resources within a stipulated timeframe. On the concluding day, representatives from each District and Block will present their detailed action plans and implementation strategies, paving the way for effective execution of programmes in the upcoming financial year.
