Agartala, November 19, 2022: Tripura’s former Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb on Saturday participated in the public welfare “Shib Shakti Maha Yagna” dedicated to Mata Tripureshwari in Surat, Gujarat.

At the invitation of Hari Om Maharaj, around 25,000 devotees attended this spiritual event organized for the protection of nature and living beings in Surat and prayed for the well-being of all. MP Biplab Kumar Deb floated in the tide of welcome in this great sacrifice. There was spontaneity among the thousands of devotees present with him.

Gujarat assembly elections are going to be held in the coming month of December.

While addressing this large scale religious gathering besides worshiping, he praised the current central government for the development of Indian spirituality. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has found the path to all-round prosperity.

“Today, India, strong in every field, has emerged as a formidable competitor in terms of success and modernization in front of the rest of the world. India has got an honorable name in the world arena. The whole country is now run in one stream, rising above all the narrow differences of former days. One after the other achievements are adding feathers to India’s crown of success through strong steps”, he added.

Deb said, “Gujarat is the birthplace of visionary great personalities like the pioneers of unity and brotherhood, Iron Man Sardar Ballabhbhai Patel and Mahatma Gandhiji. People of this Pradesh are conscious. The democratically elected Chief Minister of Gujarat and later on the heart of the entire nation, Prime Minister Modiji has taken India to the pinnacle of glory. As a head of nation, a renowned personality has ensured national unity, peace and brotherhood by taking several strong steps like resolving the long awaited Kashmir issue, liberating women from the evil darkness of ‘Triple Talaq’ including ending the Ram Temple controversy.”
