A rare wildlife moment has unfolded in Assam with the first-ever sighting of a black panther at Dulung Reserve Forest in Lakhimpur district. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced the development on Monday, noting that the elusive predator was captured on a camera trap.
