Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang met Union Minister for DoNER and Communications, Jyotiraditya Scindia, on Thursday to discuss key developmental priorities and ongoing projects in the state.
The discussions covered sectors including tourism, agriculture, and infrastructure, along with a review of ongoing and upcoming initiatives. The Chief Minister also briefed the Minister on new programs aimed at promoting sustainable and holistic development in Sikkim.
Tamang expressed gratitude for the support provided by the Ministry of DoNER and highlighted the state government’s focus on organic farming, youth empowerment, and the effective implementation of development projects.
He extended an invitation to Scindia to visit Sikkim, and the Union Minister assured full support for the state’s initiatives. Both leaders concluded the meeting with a shared commitment to advancing Sikkim’s overall development.
