Agartala, May 15, 2026: The office of the Postmaster General, North East-I Region, will organise a regional-level Postal Adalat on June 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Agartala to address grievances related to postal services.

According to an official notification, the Postal Adalat will be held at the office of the Postmaster General, North East-I Region, Agartala-799001. The initiative aims to provide a platform for resolving complaints and issues concerning various postal services.

Customers can submit written complaints either through ordinary post or Speed Post. The envelope should clearly mention “Postal Adalat” on the top and be addressed to the Postmaster General, North East-I Region, Agartala-799001.

The notification stated that complaints must include complete details such as the complainant’s full address and registration receipt number. In cases related to savings schemes and Postal Life Insurance, complainants are required to mention the account number or policy number along with the full address of the depositor or policyholder.

Authorities informed that all written complaints must reach the office by 4:30 PM on June 2, 2026. Complaints received after the deadline will be processed through the usual departmental procedure.
